Happy Birthday to You!

There are a million photos of Owen opening his ONE present, because I think it may have been the longest time anybody has ever taken to open a present.  He enjoyed it though, so that's all that matters!

Southwick Zoo

We were supposed to have Owen's birthday party on saturday, but because he wasn't feeling well all that previous week, we opted to postpone his party a week.  So, instead, we went to the Southwick Zoo for his birthday weekend.  We had so much fun!!

Favorite Part of the Zoo

These photos don't do it justice, but he LOVED the cars.  He had tickets to go on two rides and he chose to stay on the cars for both of his rides.  His face absolutely lit up when the card first started moving.  He was very intent to turn the steering wheel, and he just loved it.

Feeding the Deer

There's an area at Southwick Zoo where you can buy food and feed the deer right out of your hand.  We started with Owen in the stroller, and he quickly wanted to get out and feed them with Steve.  The deer get right around you when you're feeding them and he wasn't scared one bit.

Owen's First Pony Ride

Owen did such a good job going for the pony ride.  He held just like he was supposed to and seemed mesmerized by the whole thing.
